Summary:Edward Smith's eldest daughter who is 29 years old has been on every ship that he has captained since she was ten years old. She now joins him on the Titanic for her maiden voyage. She has met the ship builder before the Titanic was completed.

Authoress Note: This is a rewrite of the original Captain's Daughter that I had written quite some time ago. I hoped to actually fix it and make it a lot more enjoyable. I hope that you guys will like this reboot of The Captain's Daughter. Without further ado the Preface.

Preface

Romance isn't what it always seems… even in the 1910's. Some romances are publicised and others are well… they are kept hidden from the world due to the fact that unmarried women and married men were not supposed to be together. And some were budding romances between long time friends.

For Valarie Smith, she was Edward Smith's daughter and she would finding out important things on the maiden voyage of the Titanic, and what it would mean for herself and everyone else.
